Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

DigitalDesign sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

All products available on DigitalDesign are digital design files, which may include PSD, TIFF, PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS and other formats specified on the product page.

How Digital Delivery Works

1. Instant Download
After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital files will be made available for download through the delivery method provided on the website.

2. Email Delivery
Where applicable, a download link or order confirmation will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. No Physical Shipping
No physical package, printed design, fabric, shirt, dupatta or other physical item will be shipped to your address unless specifically stated on the product page.

4. Delivery Time
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, technical issues, or other circumstances.

5. Download Problems
If you have completed your purchase but cannot access or download your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping Charges

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or delivery charges for digital products.
