Refund policy

At DigitalDesign, we sell digital design files, including patterns, vectors, illustrations, textile designs, shirt and dupatta designs, and other downloadable creative assets.

Because our products are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital sales are generally final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on DigitalDesign are digital files. Depending on the product, files may be provided in formats such as PSD, TIFF, PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS or other formats specified on the product page.

Once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been made available for download, we normally cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

2. Damaged or Corrupted Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, damaged, or different from the product described, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

We may provide a corrected or replacement file after verifying the issue.

3. Wrong Product or Duplicate Purchase

Please carefully review the product details and file format before completing your purchase.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong design or purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges for such cases are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Download Problems

If you have paid for an order but are unable to download your files because of a technical problem, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased files.

5. Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased digital files.
  • The file delivered is materially different from the product description.
  • The same order was charged more than once due to a technical or payment error.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
